If my husband and I own a business, a building &our home - are having marital problems - How can I protect me?

He has been listening to other people - I’ve worked hard for 11 years to build the business - I work 50-60 hours per week. My business I love. If we do split what can I do to protect myself. I am also working hard on keeping the relationship, but I need to be protected if the worse happens.
